Well... i see lots of people using things like:

To make things easier you can play it like this:

Well, the thing is: the notes have others that sound the same 
as them, for example:

An A-0- sounds the same as E-5-
An A-1 as a E-6
An A-2 as a E-7
An A-3 as a E-8

And so on... to figure this out easier, you play the note in a string, 
then sum 5 notes on the upper string (Or lower, as you need it)...
