Intro - I think it sounds better when you slide the chords on the last one, so on the 
12 10 chord slide to 7 5. Just mess around with it.

At the end he messes up on several chords, so from what you hear he picks the  7 7 10 
he's trying to do the chords. Also at the end he does chords i can't make out because he 
them up i just finish on Bm.
