Song: Everyone (Moving On)

Band: Evermore

Album: Dreams - track 13

Tabbed By: Kaitlin

Standard Tuning (EADGBe)

~ let it ring, hold the note

pb pre bend

r release bend

< accented note, attack it and make it stronger than the unaccented notes

Intro/Verse:

 Guitar 1

e-------------------------------------|

B-----4~---------------2--------2-----|

G-------------------------------------| X3

D-6~----------------4--------3--------|

A-------------------------------------|

E-------------------------------------|

 "I believe what you say...."

Then

 Guitar 1

e-------------------------------------|

B-----4--------4-------2--------2-----|

G-------------------------------------|

D-6--------6---------4-------3--------|

A-------------------------------------|

E-------------------------------------|

                                        X3

 Guitar 2

e-------4~-----4~-------4~--------4~--|

B-------------------------------------|

G-------------------------------------|

D-------------------------------------|

A-------------------------------------|

E-------------------------------------|

{Guitar 2 is originally a keyboard (it's an Ab) but sounds just as good on a guitar. It doesnt need to be done on a second guitar - I usually just combine the two but Evermore do it on two instruments - Jon on guitar with Pete playing the keys}

Pre-chorus and Chorus:

(Pre-chorus: Just pick these chords - listen to the Cd and you'll understand where I'm coming from)

e------------------------|

B-----4--------2----1----|

G-----6--------4----2----| Prechorus X2

D-----6--------4----3----| Chorus X2

A-----4--------2----1----|

E------------------------|

Verse 2:

 Guitar 1

B----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------|

G----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------|

D-6---6-6---6-----------6---6-6---6---------4---4-4---4----------3---3-3---3-------------|

A----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------|

E----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------|

                                                                                           X4

 Guitar 2

e-----------------4~-------------------4~-------------------4~------------------4~-------|

B-------------4---------------------4--------------------2-------------------2-----------|

G----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------|

D----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------|

A----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------|

E----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------|

 {once again, you could just combine the two guitars or transpose it to keyboards if you wanted to}

KEYS: Eb Ab Eb Ab Db Ab Db Ab

pre chorus

chorus

Bridge:

"somebody please won't you show me the way"

e----------------------------------------------|

B----------9------------9---11~--9--7---9pb11r-|

G-9---6-9---------9----------------------------| X2 no vocals, X2 vocals

D----------------------------------------------|

A----------------------------------------------|

E----------------------------------------------|

Chorus X2

theres a few variations on this chorus. the chords are picked in some repetitive combination that i'm not really sure. Its hard to hear the guitar over the other sounds so you could get away with anything here, just as long as you stick to the chords

Outro:

Vocals, keys and guitar all follow the same melody

e---------------------------------------------------------|

B-4---------------------------4---------------------------|

G----6-6-6-4-6-6-6-4-6-6-4-------4-4-4-3-4-4-4-3-4-4-3----| X10, fade to finish

D--------------------------6---------------------------6--|

A---------------------------------------------------------|

E---------------------------------------------------------|

  < < < < < < < < < < < < < < < <

towards the end theres a guitar solo. Just ad-lib it and it should be fine. theres a few pentatonics of the chords played in there, thats all i can figure out at the moment.
