OK, this songs has alot of variations to it but the song itself is played in F#...so if u get lost playin it, play the F# scale or penetonic scale or make up a F# line. This bass line is very up and down but its farly easy even tho its varyed so ur mostly jammin the whole time. I did this tab cuz all the other one out there r a disgrace to Jefferson Airplane. SO here it is

Verse (keep in mind this can b varied) listen tot he rythem...its vary important

G-------------------------------------------------------

D-4--4----22--------2-4-----2-4-2-44-----22------2-4-2-44 THEN CHORUS

A---4--4-2---4----4----4--4-----------4-2--4----4------

E--------------5-2-------2-------------------5-2--------

CHORUS (not varied, the same evrey time)

G-------------------------|------------|

D---1-2-1-2-3-4-----------|----------4~|

A-0~------------4-3-2--2-2|---0~-2~----|

E-----------------------3-3|-----------|

         3x end

Preverse and guitar solo/ending

-What I do is vary it up and play like some F# scale and pentonic scale and just jam....just like the old dayz...ya explore with alittle creaticity...but make sure it fits with the guitar.

-Otherwise there it is...i think its 100%
