Name: I Never Said That I Was Brave (acoustic) by: mewithoutYou CD: [A-->B] Life Copyright © 2002 Tooth and Nail Records I was going to post this along with Silencer awhile ago, but I got lazy and some other guy beat me. This song is wonderful. The only person that could tab it perfectly is mewithoutYou, but this works. There are two guitar parts. They both do the same thing the entire song except for the chorus and outro. It's easy. DROP D CAPO 2 verse. e-------------------------------------------------------- b-------------------------------------------------------- g-------------------------------------------------------- d-0-----0----2-----4-----7----9----4----2------repeat---- a-0-x16-0-x8-0--x4-0-x4--0-x8-0-x8-0-x4-0-x4------------- d-4-----0----0-----0-----0----0----0----0---------------- For the chorus, guitar one keeps doing that and guitar two does this: chorus. e--2--3--0--------------- b--3--3--2--------------- g--2--2--3--------------- d------------------------ a------------------------ d------------------------ You just play D, put your pinky on 3rd fret, let up pinky, let up middle finger, and repeat. For the outro, I'm not really sure about the second guitar part, I guess just play D, let up the middle finger, and put it back down, but it sounds bad with the CD. Comment if you figure it out. The second guitar just plays: Outro: e--------------------- b--------------------- g--------------------- d-0----0-------------- a-0-x8-0-x6----------- d-2----0-------------- Comment if you know of something that sounds better. -Russell
