A fairly simple song with nice chords. The two chords during the verse are F#m7 (244220) 
Badd11 (X24440)
The chords in the chorus are E, D, A, D and then E, D, A and B
The chords during the outro solo are the same as during the verse.
Listen to the song so that yuo'll get the strumming right.
The lead guitar parts of the song are played with a slide and with a touch of reverb and distortion.
