Suggestions: play the 7 on A with your index finger. Play the 9 on D with your 4th (out of 5) finger. Play the 10 on D with your pinky. Play the 7 on with your 3rd finger and leave it there - don't lift it for the remainder of the measure. Play the 10 on A with the 4th, play the 9 on B also with the 4th and hold it there to ring out for the rest of the measure.
