Artist: Randy Rhoads (with Ozzy Osbourne)
Song: Goodbye to Romance
Album: Blizzard of Ozz

I'd like to comment that Randy Rhoads is to this day
one of the best and most innovative guitarists of our
time. His chops and overall technique is absolutely
amazing and I urge any aspiring guitarist young or old
to benefit from his work. He plays on only a handful
of Quiet Riot albums and the first two Ozzy albums
"Blizzard of Ozz" and "Diary of a Madman".
Unfortunately, he was met with an untimely death as a
result of a plane crash after "diary..." so his work
is limited in supply. I have spent a lot of time
trying to perfect this song for you all and I think
this rocking solo is right, so enjoy...Listen to
recording to hear the full driving effect of his
soloing..again, enjoy..

There it is. It took me quite a while to nail this
down with accuracy. Try listening to the recorded
version and playing it with the speed and accuracy of
Randy Rhoads, needless to say it took me a while.
E-mail me at rhoadsscholar@yahoo.com if you are a fan
of Randy's work and would like help transcribing his
material for personal use and practice. I'm trying to
get a track on the Olga from the album "Quiet riot 1"
entitled "Glad All Over", it's not his most refined
solo but it rocks just the same. You can check it out
if the godfathers of Olga will allow me to post it.
