PSA (BAD DAY)

Chords by: Mark Bettis (JJY515@mgvax.ulst.ac.uk)

Notes:

Verse: The F C Bb hammer on the chords you can do the Peter buck
jangles using these chord shapes but he goes back to F from Bb before
Beginning the next F C Bb progression.

Chorus: Use strummed chords, not Buck-esque jangles, and unlike the verse
section, the Bb's do go jangle back to F before beginning the next F C Bb
 phrase

{Intro}: Eb (6th fret A-shape barre) four times

  F (hammer-on) C Bb
A public service announcement followed me home the other day,
  F C Bb
I bade it nevermind, go away.
    F C
The shit's so thick, you could stir it with a stick,
    Bb F C Bb
the paper wouldn't lie, wisdom got lost to mankind, we gloat and jeer with it

{Bridge}:

C(8th fret) Bb(6th fret)
Broadcast me a joyful noise into the times, Lord,
           C Bb A(5th) C
count your blessings, ignore the lowest fear, well you can't send us, listen,

F C Bb
Radio no, play the game, three words, first one short,
F C Bb
magazine, book, cinema, N - O - down,
F C Bb
many fears are gone, step down, step down,
        F C Bb
watch a heel crush, ah this means war

F C Bb (x2)

this is pretty straight forward

the part after this last part is a touch in the background, but its just two
climbs and descents along the G string that mirrors and or is just off the
vocals by a beat or so

the other part that I have to offer is the little bit I think separates
the chorus from the third verse, or there abouts

it seems to be just a veriation of the F chord
