This is for the song “Tommib” by Squarepusher, from the soundtrack for “Lost in Translation.” It’s a pretty straightforward instrumental song; this is a basic version of the guitar part. You’ll need an electric with decent access to high frets (it’s all at 15 or above). You can play it lower on the fretboard if you REALLY want but you won't be able to get to the high C (fret 20 on the top string) as easily, so I think this is how the version on the soundtrack is played. Play it with lots of reverb; aside from that I’m not sure of the effects used in the recording.
