This is a short acoustic fingerstyle blues ditty written by Tom
Johnston It can be found on the Doobie Brothers' 1972 recording
Toulouse Street. From what I could gather, the tuning for the song
is: EADGAD (I could be wrong, but it sounds right).
The guitar is also capoed on the first fret. All finger positions
  are relative to the capo.

    * Go back to rhythm figure 1 and play to fadeout

Note: I don't know how it was done, but it almost sounds like there
is a second guitar playing a percussive part under the main
guitar part. I tried to emulate it the best I could with the
        picking pattern.
