"There You Are"
by The Flaming Lips
from the album "The Day They Shot A Hole In The Jesus Egg"

Tabbed by Stonebeard

OK. It took me two years (much longer than it should have) but I tabbed it.
This is the original version from "In A Priest-Driven Ambulance," not the outtake from
second disc of "Jesus Egg."

Hey, Everyone. The Lips rock. Tab them more.

Here goes:

Fade In...

Intro/Verse:

This is very basic and there will obviously be a few other notes played while
this. But this is a good guideline to go by. Since there is no indication of time or measure in
tab, it is a good idea to have listened to the song in order to follow along and learn.

That section is repeated throughout the three verses with possible minor variations.

After the third verse, the song goes into an outro. One guitar plays chords while the
solos over it.

The first guitar's chord progression is:

 Bminor / F#minor / A / Bminor / G / D / F#

The solo is very simple but it took me forever to figure out because it is rather faint.

Legend:

~ indicates vibrato (not sure if it's actually present, but it makes the solo sound
good)
/ indicates slide up
\ indicates slide down
h indicates hammer-on
p indicates pull-off
18b19r18 indicates bend the 18th fret until it matches pitch with the 19th fret
then release the bend to the pitch of the 18th fret unbended
