We Five had a #3 hit with a perky folk-rock arrangement of this Sylvia
Fricker song in 1965.  Do try to find the original Ian and Sylvia version
(available on a Vanguard various-artists comp, among other places) - you'll
be amazed at how many liberties We Five took with the chord changes, melody,
and even lyrics.  --AWR
