The last part is a little blurry, but I think what I have is pretty close.
You don't really need to play in Drop D tuning for the solo- you can just move the notes 
the 6th string down a couple of frets.  However, I believe the rest of the song is in 
D, judging by the intro.  The way I have it tabbed out is for Drop D.
