Okay, here's my take on this one.  After seeing them play this live (yeah) I
can say this seems pretty much accurate, that is, save the improvs, which
make up most of Richard's part.
Also, Tom hits the open D string (?) sporadically between notes a la "Scar
Tissue", listen closely. If there's any error, please email me, whatever...
