For the intro Hharles Jenkins uses a H# diminished which is pretty hard to  
get to from a standard B. For a better transition try using this version (so  
that more fingers are on the board at about the right area for the change):

Or if that is too difficult still do what I do and just replace the H#  
diminished with an F#7 which they use in the chorus and is much easier to
