Once you get the pattern down you can just use this lead sheet.
(The /B is just the second string second fret part of the pattern above, I left them out
the later verses because you should have the idea by then).

C Am7 C Am7

    /B C /B Am7 /B
Well I heard there was a secret chord
C /B Am7
David played and it pleased the lord
/B F G C Am7
But you don't really care for music, do ya?
    /B C /B F G
And it goes like this, the fourth, the fifth
Am F G
The minor fall and the major lift
    Am E Am
The baffled king composin' "Hallelujah"

     F
Hallelujah
     Am
Hallelujah
     F
Hallelujah
     C G C Am7 C Am7
Hallelu- jah

     /B C /B Am7 /B
Well your faith was strong but you needed proof
C /B Am7
Saw her bathing on the roof
/B F G C /B Am7
Her beauty in the moonlight overthrew ya
    /B C /B F G
And she tied you to a kitchen chair
Am F G
Broke your throne and cut your hair
    Am E Am
And from your lips she drew "Hallelujah"

     F
Hallelujah
     Am
Hallelujah
     F
Hallelujah
     C G C Am7 C Am7
Hallelu- jah

     C Am7
Well baby I've been here before
C Am7
I know this room and I walked this floor
            F G C Am7
You know, I used to live alone before I knew ya
         C F G
And I've seen your flag on the marble arch
Am7 F G
But love is not a victory march
       Am E Am
It's a cold and it's a broken "Hallelujah"

          F
Well Hallelujah
     Am
Hallelujah
     F
Hallelujah
     C G F
Hallelu- jah
                  E
Oh it's just hallelujah
               Am F G
It's just hallelujah

C Am7
Maybe there's a God above
C Am7
But all I ever learned from love
    F G C Am7
Was how to shoot somebody who out drew ya
         C F G
And it's not a cry that you hear at night
     Am F G
It's not somebody who's seen the light
       Am E Am
It's a cold and it's a broken "Hallelujah"

          F
Well hallelujah
     Am
Hallelujah
     F
Hallelujah
     C G
Hallelu- u- jah

There you have it. Just listen for changes in strumming/picking between verses, they're
based of the main pattern. I think that in this recording he probably only plays E
and not E major/G# as I have noted above, which is more like the original. Here's the
Cohen chord progression, which Street To Nowhere altered only slightly:

Verse:
I vi I vi
IV V I V
I IV, V vi IV
V III7/bVI (or V6/5 of vi) vi vi
Chorus:
IV vi IV I, V I V
