Guitar settings: Heavy Distortion (use boost) Bass heavy. Right this is real simple to play is it shouldn't be that hard to do. The song only uses 5th chords or'Power Chords', which you already know. Anyway enough talk here it is. It starts with feedback or something then drums come in. Verse: e-------------------------------------------------- b-------------------------------------------------- g-6-6-4-6-4--6-4--6-7777---6-6-4-6-4--6-4--6-7777-- d-6-6-4-6-4--6-4--6-7777---6-6-4-6-4--6-4--6-7777-- a-4-4-2-4-2--4-2--4-5555---4-4-2-4-2--4-2--4-5555-- e-------------------------------------------------- e------------------------ b------------------------ g------------------------ d-77777777--22222222 a-77777777--22222222 e-55555555--00000000 Repeat this verse 2 times. Chorus: e-------------------------------------------------------------- b-------------------------------------------------------------- g-666-------------666-------------666------------666----------- d-666-666-777777--666-666-777777--666-666-777777-666-666-777777 a-444-666-777777--444-666-777777--444-666-777777-444-666-777777 e------444-555555-----444-555555------444-555555-----444-555555 Then go back to verse and follow the same procedure. However when you get to the end of the verse you have to repeat just the top line again Grant starts shouting, "You've gotta fight it you gotta fight it no one else will!". Then there's a short break for the drums, like at the beginning then, its straight in with the verse again. After that there's something I call Riff.1. Grant plays it four times before going back to the chorus. Its basically a spin off from the bassline on the upper strings, and play it with real emotion. By the way 'qb' means quater bend which is where you bend the string up towards you slightly you and it changes pitch. If you listen to the track you'll know what I mean. Riff.1: e------------------- b-----444-555555-444 g-666--------------- d------------------- a------------------- e------------------- Then go back to the chorus and repeat it 2 times, then end with massive feedback. Simple. And that's it! I hope its cool, alright and helps you to play it.
