There we go, that's all done.  In the chorus I think there may be a second guitar
holding the D chord from the start as it sounds a bit empty without it, so after
the two picks on D (fret 7) on the G string, you can play the D5 chord again and
it should sound fuller.  Also no strumming pattern is put on this tab and it's
just the chord/note outline.
