Just a note: This is a great song. Most of the sound comes from the bass. This is all I've got. Kinda hard to hear with all the great bass. In a live video, it looked like Brad higher notes, but he's probably in an alternate tuning....or maybe I'm just wrong. But I'm still learning to tab by ear, so I'm hoping this will be a sort of start for someone can tab it properly. So give it a try and let me know of any corrections you think be made, or send me your version at at245am@aol.com . Thanks guys, happy playing. This seems to be the main verse chord, with some higher string variations. E|--7-------| B|--7-------| G|--7-------| D|--7-------| For the chime part, try to play just G, B, and E. A|--5-------| E|--5-------| If you want to play just the chime-sounding bass part: B|--77---77------| G|-----77---77---| Follow that with 2 quick strums of the G and B strings as you can hear. Chorus riff E|------------------------------------------------------------------| B|------------------------------------------------------------------| G|-9/11-9-7-9/11-9-7--at end of chorus add 9~. --------------------| D|------------------------------------------------------------------| A|------------------------------------------------------------------| E|------------------------------------------------------------------| If you want to play chords, just look at that as one of the 5th notes...the chords would be E|--9/11--9--7--9/11--9--7---| B|--9/11--9--7--9/11--9--7---| G|--9/11--9--7--9/11--9--7---| D|--9/11--9--7--9/11--9--7---| A|--7/9---7--5--7/9---7--5---| E|--7/9---7--5--7/9---7--5---| For the solo, play with effects on...I'm not sure about the notes, so as long as you can in key, you should be alright. For the outro, return the main chord.
